I am a dynamic executive woman wearing multiple hats with grace and determination. As the CEO of both a global interior design company, Oak and Teak, and a leading cleaning enterprise, Oaklean, I am deeply entrenched in the realms of creativity, organization, and operational excellence.
Beyond the boardroom, my passion for making a positive impact on society led me to found an NGO foundation, Oak and Teak Foundation. Our mission is to construct and donate sustainable facilities within the health and education sectors, ensuring access to essential resources for communities in need. It's incredibly fulfilling work that drives me each day.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I serve as a coach and mentor through the Grow with Renny Mentorship Program for young women in their 20s, empowering them to reach their full potential and navigate the complexities of the modern world with confidence. Being able to share my experiences and insights with the next generation is a privilege I hold dear.
As a sought-after speaker at executive events, I relish the opportunity to engage with audiences on topics ranging from leadership and entrepreneurship to sustainability and social responsibility. It's a platform where I can inspire and be inspired, fostering meaningful connections and sparking impactful conversations.
While my professional pursuits are undoubtedly fulfilling, my heart truly lies in my roles as a fun-loving, faith-driven, and family-oriented individual. Fun Facts About Me!
1️⃣ My best color is brown.
Not just any brown—the rich, warm, earthy tones that feel like home. If elegance, subtlety, and timelessness had a color, it would be brown! My love for neutrals is no surprise—I love creating beautiful, well-balanced spaces, and brown just has that grounding effect.
2️⃣ I have two degrees in Mathematics.
Yes, TWO! Numbers and problem-solving have always been my thing. I hold a degree in Industrial Mathematics and a master’s in Financial Mathematics—so, before I started designing beautiful spaces, I was deep in the world of equations, formulas, and complex calculations. Who knew my love for structure and precision would translate so well into interior design and business?
3️⃣ I’m always counting letters—especially on billboards.
Weird? Maybe. Uncontrollable? Absolutely. I don’t even realize I’m doing it half the time! Whether it’s a street sign, an advertisement, or a random phrase, my brain automatically starts counting the letters and looking for patterns. Blame it on my mathematical background!
4️⃣ I love enjoyment!
Work hard, but enjoyment must be part of the equation. I firmly believe in celebrating wins, creating joyful moments, and indulging in well-deserved rest. Whether it’s traveling, good food, or simply taking time to soak in life’s blessings, I’m here for it all. Life is too short not to enjoy every season!
5️⃣ I am the first child of my parents and the first grandchild on both sides.
Yes, I set the standard! Being the eldest comes with its responsibilities, but it also means I got to break the mold, experience all the firsts, and (sometimes) be the family’s favorite experiment. The role has shaped my leadership skills, sense of responsibility, and deep commitment to helping others thrive.

Beyond mentorship, I’m also passionate about giving back. Through philanthropy and community-driven projects, I strive to make a lasting impact in education, healthcare, and social development.
